You can contact us with any questions about the processing of personal data by e-mail or in writing at our registered address.

2. What personal data we process

• Contact form data: name, company name, e-mail, phone number, preferred contact method and the content of your message.
• E-mail and phone communication: contact details and the content of the communication you provide.
• Technical data: when you visit the website, the server may automatically record your IP address, the date and time of access and the browser type (server logs).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer – processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Handling questions not related to a contract – our legitimate interest in responding to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Ensuring the operation and security of the website – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary. Without your contact details, however, we cannot reply to you.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep data from the form and our communication only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. If no contract is concluded, we delete the data, as a rule, no later than one year after our communication ends. If we conclude a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period required by specific legislation. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period strictly necessary.

5. Who we share data with

• Our web hosting and e-mail provider (WebHouse), which operates the server, website and e-mail for us as a processor.
• Public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell or publish personal data and do not transfer it to countries outside the European Union. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at office@taxconsult.sk or in writing at our registered address.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Client data

The processing of personal data that takes place when we provide accounting and payroll services (for example, data of a client’s employees) is governed by the contract concluded with the client.
